… Saturday was nice, yesterday offered nothing but dull skies and some intermittent snowing. Today was much the same, but I still decided to take a run out to a part of the lake system just outside town. The wind whipped around enough that I wasn’t about to stay there long – just long enough to get this view:

Nothing fancy – just a stanchion to the bridge taking you out to a cottage area. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – I am so done with the monochrome world around me!
Your photography does make the best of it though.

The monochrome world should surely be bursting into technicolour soon?

Dull subject, perhaps, but you have a real sense of composition that makes it interesting.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments.
I want to find other subjects to photograph because there has been too many pictures of snow and ice already… I’m fed up with it – but others obviously aren’t, so what do I do? Real spring is still at least a month away so there is nit much change around the corner as yet.
