He’s not too sure about spending time in a cage – whether it be the travelling kind or other. I snuck out to a cottage area this evening to catch a cooling breeze from the lake, and he was almost frantic. I had to make a dash to get this picture while he was hollering and howling.
A few years ago this view would have been obscured by a forest of tall firs – I guess logging can have its’ advantages after all…
You have a beautiful puppy! Though, I guest most puppies tend to that, eh?

Jenn – a mix of herding and hunting dogs. Finnish Lapphound, Siberian Laika and elkhound + I suspect there might be some others breeds back two generations or so…
