… goes on even if you sometimes feel as if time has stopped.

Our school has arranged for a Quiet room where everyone can go to remember our former student who left us under such tragic circumstances during the weekend.  There are pictures of him, a few candles and a book where you can write a few words – or many – if you feel like it. I posted a picture of him when he graduated in June 2011 and I keep going back to it every now and then.

At the same time it’s business as usual in corridors and classrooms – students who strive, who are laid-back, who cut classes, who try their best… Teachers who plod on, who are constantly looking for new ways to enthuse students, who care and who don’t care.  Life goes on.
